Rememberance of Joy.

I never stopped wanting you,
Even when you cut my soul,
I never told you I hate you,
That's because I don't,

Even when I left you,
And it all fell apart,
I still wanted you here with me,
Like way back at the start,

It seems so long ago,
When I held you so close,
The feelings that I had for you,
A school kids childish boast,

But now it's over,
And there's no-one to blame,
We let us drift apart,
We lost the love we'd gained,

So now we're both alone,
With no-one to hold near,
No hand to hold in mine,
No-one to wipe away your tears.

Adrift in a sea of nothing,
With nought to feel or do,
Until I find somebody,
To love as much as you.
